Matt Sabljak

Partner, President

Matt is a founding partner of SRH, who leads the agency as president and “chief confidence officer” for colleagues and clients. He’s on a mission to inspire marketing leaders at sleeping giant companies: “You can—and should—build brands that truly move people and change the world.” Matt’s also an independent film producer; if he could see a movie in a theater every day, he would.

Kurt Ravenwood Kurt Ravenwood

Kurt is a founding partner of SRH and currently heads up the strategy department. He’s a generalist who brings a multi-medium experience into every account plan. He’s been editor-in-chief of a college newspaper, played in a touring indie band, and overseen the distribution and marketing of multiple feature films. Obsessed with media in all its forms.

Sam Hogerton Sam Hogerton

Sam Hogerton

Partner, Executive Creative Director

By day, founding partner Sam leads the creative team at SRH. By night, he earns his keep as a lava monster, t-rex, royal steed, jungle gym, or anything else his two children overlords demand. In 2022, he was named one of Milwaukee’s 40 Under 40 for stand-out contributions to the creative industry and community. He holds degrees in Journalism & Mass Communication and Digital Art from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he now serves on the Alumni Board.

Jonathan Gundlach Jonathan Gundlach

Jonathan Gundlach

Managing Director

A color-blind fine art major, Jonathan realized shortly after graduating from UW-Madison that he’d have to find a different career path. He eventually found his way into advertising & marketing and was hooked from day one. 25+ years later, his passion for giving the team at SRH what they need to help clients grow their market share motivates and energizes him every day.

Milly Segovia

Vice President, Media & Analytics

Because clients entrust us with their budgets, everything needs to be right and ready to go. That’s why no one will ever be more prepared than Milly. Her contingency plans have contingency plans. Milly graduated from Butler University with degrees in classical studies and digital media production. She was also on the swim team. She’s married with a delightfully awesome new baby. Milly always wears black, and you should always bet on her.

Jeff Ohm Jeff Ohm

Jeff Ohm

Vice President, Accounts and Insights

Jeff Ohm has never not worked at an agency. Big shops, little shops and just-right shops like SRH. He started in Madison, spent a few years in Chicago and then moved to Milwaukee. Along the way, he has worked with some of the most famous brands in the world, including Miller Lite, Wilson and KSwiss. He loves a no-rules approach to strategy and solving business problems. Jeff coaches multiple sports, plays golf softball and generally stays as active as possible. He loves spending time with his wife and kids.

Betty Blexrud-Strigan Betty Blexrud-Strigan

Betty Blexrud-Strigens

Creative Director

Ever since she was old enough to sing a jingle into a hairbrush, Betty knew she would have a career in advertising. Art scholarships allowed her to see the world before devoting her talents to agency life. Now a painter of sound and vision, she specializes in mission-driven brands, the health and wellness industry, and nonprofits for social change.

Damian Strigens Damian Strigens

Damian Strigens

He’s the strategist you call when hitting sales, ROAS, and ROI goals isn’t optional; it’s a mandate. Beyond the numbers, Ian is passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, loyal to the Milwaukee Bucks, and most proud of being dad to his daughter.

Will Timlin Will Timlin

Will Timlin

Senior Graphic Designer

Originally from New Berlin, Will graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in graphic design. He interned here for about a year before joining SRH full-time in 2024. Outside of work, he loves making multimedia and digital art. He also loves backpacking, but he hasn’t quite found his favorite place. There are few mountains in Europe he has his eyes on. He has three dogs — a golden retriever, a chocolate lab and an English setter — and he’s a massive fan of F1 racing.

Mauricio Alvarez Mauricio Alvarez

Mauricio Alvarez

Motion Director

He was a graphic designer at an agency in Santiago. She was an American teaching English. They met and fell in love. He moved to an entirely different hemisphere to be with her. Today, they’re married with two kids living in Milwaukee. It’s a beautiful story, and he’s a beautiful man. As our brilliant (seriously) and intrepid motion director, Mauricio always has his eyes on what’s new and next, though plenty of his work begins with a pen and a piece of paper. Mauricio also loves soccer, grilling, playing music (drums and guitar), animation, and new tech.

Kurt Hagemann Kurt Hagemann

Kurt Hagemann

Motion Designer

Kurt grew up in Oconomowoc, and he graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in zoology. He worked as an emergency vet tech before realizing he had a talent and a passion for animation. So, he went back to school at Madison Area Technical College. Kurt spent a year as a motion design intern here before joining the team full-time in 2024. He loves traveling, cooking (his vegan desserts are phenomenal), drawing, painting and video games. Kurt does not know how to ride a bicycle.

Alysha Arnold Alysha Arnold

Alysha Arnold

Account Lead

As an account lead, she loves building long-term, collaborative relationships with clients and wrangling all the moving parts and pieces of big, complex projects. Which is great because it happens all the time, and she’s really good at it. Alysha grew up in a strange land called Burnsville, Minnesota (sounds made up) and graduated from Winona State with a degree in history and global studies. Alysha also loves reading (when she can), traveling and spending time with her husband, two kids and their rambunctious dog.

Maisie Maisie

Maisie Bentz

Account Lead

Maisie grew up on a farm in Truman, Minnesota, surrounded by horses, goats, alpacas, turkeys, geese, ducks, emus and peacocks. Maisie made her way to Milwaukee, where she studied entrepreneurship, advertising and English literature at Marquette. With over seven years of experience at local agencies, Maisie thrives on building trust with her team and clients. Outside of work, Maisie enjoys sewing, quilting, and painting. She is enthusiastically and unapologetically a morning person.

Phil Phil

Philisa (Phil) Love

Resource Manager

Originally from Stevens Point, Phil earned a degree in communication from UW-Stevens Point.  She brings years of project management experience, thoughtful organization and a collaborative spirit to SRH. When she’s not herding us cats here, Phil loves spending time with her family, crafting, watching movies, playing video games and anything “nerdy and indoors”. Her name is a mashup of her parents Phil and Lisa.

Ryan Kresse Ryan Kresse

Ryan Kresse

Agency Content Manager

Ryan made the leap to SRH after 20 years at Discovery World where he wrote a bunch of stuff, made a bunch of stuff and generally tried to help make the place as fun as possible. When he’s not writing copy and managing content, he’s usually spending time with his wife and kids, listening to podcasts, reading, running (okay, jogging) and catching up on the latest in Empirical Marketing. As a kid, he won the Wisconsin State Fair Fiddle contest, Jr. Division. Twice.

John Bloss John Bloss

Originally from Wheaton, IL, John played defensive back for Drake University and graduated with a degree in marketing and business management. Jen Lyons Jen Lyons
